Alexey Belogoryev spoke at the presentation of the LUKOIL long-term forecast

Moscow, St. Regis Nikolskaya, December 17 — Alexey Belogoryev and Yury Rykov from the Institute for Energy and Finance took part in the presentation of the LUKOIL long-term review «The main trends in developing the global liquid hydrocarbons market until 2035», presented by Leonid Fedun, LUKOIL. Vice-President.

Belogoryev was one of the main opponents of the Review, which LUKOIL has been presenting annually since 2013, supporting the initiative of the global energy industry leaders.

The Review, presented to the authorities, investors, industry experts, the scientific community, and the media, contains LUKOIL’s vision of the future prospects of the oil industry, which is based on the energy balance dynamics, expected the supply — demand changes, technological innovations, supply chains, and the key contours of the global environmental agenda.

Among the topics, discussed during the discussion were such as new priorities for energy policy (decarbonization, air quality and transition to low-carbon energy sources), providing humanity with affordable energy, dynamics of the global car fleet, including electric transport, international cooperation in order to maintaining the energy balance, monetization of hydrocarbon reserves.
