Energy Transition

Along with in-depth analysis and forecasting of oil and gas markets, FIEF traditionally specializes in comprehensive research and model calculations of the development of fuel and energy industries of individual countries, comparative analysis of state and international energy policy, problems of «energy transition» and transforming to a low-carbon economy.

Main projects implemented in recent years:

• a scenario analysis of the long-term world energy development (2017–2019);
• an analysis and forecast modeling of demand for gas and other fuel & energy resources (electricity, coal, oil, gas, renewables) in China and India (2019);
• directions and mechanisms for adaptation of the world’s leading oil and gas companies to the requirements of the «energy transition» and low-carbon development (2019).
