Analysis of the state energy policy of the leading countries of the world is one of the main directions of the Institute scientific research.

We carry out a comprehensive analysis of the energy policy of the leading states of the world, taking into account the climate and environmental policies, social and political factors, including prospective changes in energy balance and subsidizing the consumption of various types of energy resources (hydrocarbons, renewables); access of foreign companies (non-residents) to domestic energy markets; introducing the carbon tax; stimulating demand for electric vehicles and their production development; imposing restrictions on production and sale of cars with internal combustion engines; introducing restrictive economic and political measures (sanctions) against foreign countries and energy companies.
