Mikhail Ershov, Principal Director on Financial Studies, Head of the Financial analysis Department of the Institute for Energy and Finance, commented to the TASS news agency on the prospects of the world economy.

Professor of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Ershov, along with China, indicates the United States among the drivers. 

"China and the United States are likely to be the drivers of growth. China will effectively stop hotbeds of risks, including in the real estate sector, not allowing them to spread their negative impact on the economy. And the United States will take advantage of the difficult economic situation in European countries and geopolitical tensions, as is already happening, and will support its economy, including through military spending,"- the expert told.
