Lukoil found a buyer for its foreign assets in two days: will the deal take place

Maxim Shevyrenkov, Head of the Center for Commodity Market Analysis at the Institute for Energy and Finance, commented to Forbes on the impact of sanctions on the Lukoil foreign assets sale.

If the deal goes through, Lukoil will be able to sell its assets, albeit at a discount, and Gunvor, if it does not integrate them into its system, will sell them at some profit, Maxim Shevyrenkov believes.
