Whether to wait for a nuclear disaster due to an emergency at the Fukushima-1 NPP

Aleksey Belogoryev, Deputy Director for Energy Studies at the Institute for Energy and Finance assessed the possible consequences of radioactive water leaking from Japan's crippled Fukushima-1 nuclear plant in an interview with Sputnik news agency.

Recently, there was a massive damage to filters at the Japanese nuclear power plant "Fukushima-1". This is the same nuclear power plant where a nuclear disaster occurred 10 years ago. Now almost all filters for purification of radioactive water are out of order.
