Beijing, China, December 12 — Alexey Gromov, Principal Director on Energy Studies of the Institute for Energy and Finance held tnegotiations with the leadership of the CNPC Economic & Technology Research Institute on developing cooperation with the Institute for Energy and Finance for 2018. Following the talks, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed.
