Alexander Titov, senior expert at the Energy Department of the Institute for Energy and Finance, commented to Kommersant on the prospects for the growth of Russian coal exports in Q4 2025 and 2026.
According to Alexander Titov, if Russian companies manage to increase supplies to the Chinese market by the end of the year, it will be more likely in terms of thermal coal. Demand for coking steel, he expects, will decrease due to the deterioration of prospects for exports of rolled steel from China.
