Maria Belova, Head of the IEF Energy Department spoke at the session «Energy cooperation between Russia and Europe: new opportunities» at the «Energy industry-2011» on June 16 within the framework of the St. Petersburg Economic Forum with the presentation «Harmonization of scenario assessments of the energy sector development». The report presented some of the results of the IEF research on scenarios and forecasts in the energy sector. The session was also attended by the Russian Deputy Minister of Energy A. Yanovsky, Executive Director of the International Energy Agency N. Tanaka, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation and President of the Russian Gas Society v. Yazev and other speakers.
