Kondratiev Sergey V. Principal Director on Economic Studies, Head of the Economic Department

Sergey Kondratiev, Deputy Head of the Economic Department of the Institute for Energy and Finance, commented on the dynamics of wholesale gasoline prices to the Kommersant newspaper.

According to Sergey Kondratiev, gasoline production remains at a high level: in mid-February, daily gasoline production was 122 thousand tons (plus 3% year-on-year). This may indicate an increase in demand within the country, the expert adds.
