Yunus Emre

Yunus Emre, Deputy Head, Natural Gas Purchase and Ex-port Department, BOTAS, Turkiye

Yunus Emre is the Deputy Head of the Natural Gas Supply and Export Department in BOTAŞ. He previously served as Deputy Head of the Natural Gas Operations Department in the same company.

After graduating from university he obtained the MSc Management of Projects degree from the University of Manchester. Recently, he got his Ph.D. degree on the subject of natural gas market modeling.

In his current position, Yunus Emre is responsible for spot LNG supply, long-term contract management, supply-demand planning, natural gas pricing and arbitration, and trading activities on the Exchange.
