In 1997 graduated from Rostov State University of Economics.

Up to 2003 lived and worked in Kogalym, Tumen region.

Since 2003 till now lives in St.Petersburg.

A 15-year experience in financial management in the subsidiaries of the vertically integrated fuel and energy companies (LUKOIL, Transneft, Gazprom).
