The incumbent H.E. Ambassador Khusrav Noziri is a national of the Republic of Tajikistan who took over his responsibilities as the 13th Secretary General of the ECO in August 2021.
Born on 19 April 1967 in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. Graduated from the Faculty of Oriental Studies, Tajik State University in 1991. Secretary General of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) since 13 August 2021 (current position).
