Dmitry Gennadievich Lapin, Head of the Department of Educational Projects Management, Gazprom Corporate Institute, Ph.D. in Economics, Associate Professor, PRM, AT 31000.
In 2006 he successfully defended his Ph.D. thesis in the field of risk management of investment projects of mining enterprises. In 2010 Dmitry Lapin was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor.
Since 2014 Dmitry Lapin has been working at Gazprom Corporate Institute, conducts classes for managers and specialists for the Administration of Gazprom, its subsidiaries and organizations in the following areas: risk management, project management, investment activities, since 2018 he has been the head of the educational projects.
Dmitry is the author-developer of a computer business simulation "Gas Company Management", he provides training in financial modeling and risk management for oil and gas companies.
Since 2012, he has been involved in the development of the risk assessment methodology of PJSC Gazprom, takes part in the identification, classification and assessment of risks of investment projects of Gazprom. More than 2,000 managers and specialists of Gazprom Group companies have been trained under the programs developed by Dmitry Lapin.
Dmitry Lapin is a developer and teacher of educational programs "Professional risk management in the oil and gas business - effective management methods", "Risk management in accordance with the international standard ISO 31000", co-author of the 4-module program "Professional risk manager - PRM" for training to pass the international certification exam of the Association of Professional Risk Managers PREMIA.
