Brussels meeting on euro crisis: losers and winners

It was a long two days in Brussels as EU leaders spent long hours trying to figure out an acceptable solution to dig itself out of the Eurozone mess. Almost all countries seem to be pleased with the meeting’s results with emerged clear winners and clear losers. And joining me now to discuss the results of the Brussels’ meeting is Marcel Salikhov, head of the Economic Department at the Institute for Energy, Economy and Finance.
