On November 19, 2013, Moscow hosted the 8th regular meeting of the Gas Advisory Council under the Coordinators of the Russia-EU Energy Dialogue, which was organized within the framework of the International Exhibition and Forum of Equipment and Innovative Solutions for the Oil and Gas Industry «Exploration, Production, Processing -2013» (EPP-2013).
The preliminary results of the meeting were presented within the framework of EPP-2013 on November 20 at a briefing by the GAC co-speakers: from the Russian side — Vladimir Feigin, President of the Institute for Energy and Finance and from the EU side — J. Stern, professor of the Oxford Institute for Energy Research.
